|
|
Maintains ideal temperatures
in closed or open housing allowing dairymen to maximize production
regardless of high summer temperatures and eliminates the
cost of ventilation. Reduces
ventilation requirements and energy costs by as much as 50%
in controlled environment housing where high ventilation rates
have been used to accomplish conventional cooling.
|

|
By evaporation... high efficiency cooling that can achieve
maximum evaporative potentials in any environment or climate
without traditional problems of residual moisture; particularly
effective in normally difficult climates of high relative
humidity. For cooling large applications, the system is controlled
by using multiple thermostats and optional zone controls.
|

|
Odor
neutralizing agents can be injected in to the system to ensure
an odor-free environment. Metering of agent concentrates into
the system is accomplished with an optional water treatment
injection system. The aerosol quality of the particles improves
distribution uniformity, minimizes labour and chemical waste. |

"MISTER"
Technology |
"MISTER"
Atomizing Nozzles |
The "MISTER" system treats, filters and pumps ordinary
water to between 600 and 1000 psi. It is delivered through
a 1/2" stainless steel tube or flexhose. At various
distances in the tubing there are unique "MISTER" nozzles that atomize the water into micron sized particulates
ranging from 1 micron to 30 microns.
The "MISTER" systems
consist of an arrangement of atomizing nozzles, that are
controlled by a central control module. The control module
maintains the required system operating pressure, filters
the water supply, and activates the operation of the nozzles
based on signals received from a sensor, which is specified
according to the application. |
"MISTER" atomizing
nozzles have unique performance specifications, and offer
very low volume flow rates. "MISTER" nozzles also have very high rates of
forward discharge velocity, which cause there high turbulence
and results in extremely uniform particle distribution.

Each
"MISTER" nozzle includes non- corrosive stainless
steel orifice and internal components. A special O-ring
seal design requires only finger tightening for a completely
watertight, leak proof seal.
To provide a receptacle for each nozzle, lengths of pipe
are precision machined at various spacings depending on
application requirements.
