CONTROL

  1. SMOKE
  2. FLY ASH
  3. DUST
  4. PREVENT FIRES

MEC's patented technologies can economically and efficiently scrub smoke, fly ash and dust from BEE/HIVE TEE PEE AND OLIVINE BURNERS, SMOKE STACKS AND PIT BURNING OPERATIONS.

TECHNOLOGY

The "MISTER" systems consist of an arrangement of atomizing nozzles, whose function is controlled by a central control module. The control module maintains the required operating pressure, quadruple filters the water supply, and activates the operation of the nozzles based on signals received from sensors, which are specified according to the application.

Flow through the "MISTER" nozzles can be governed by a thermostat/humidistat, timer or computer. These fully adjustable controls activate the atomizing nozzles automatically, and ensure environmental control and convenience.

SMOKE AND FLY ASH CONTROL

The "MISTER" technology acts as an external or internal scrubber allowing for clean burning of debris and tree stumps. Fly ash is also eliminated thereby, reducing potential fire hazards.

"CAP & STACK" SYSTEMS

A cap and stack system can be added to Bee-Hive/Tee-Pee and Olivine burners to allow for regular monitoring of emissions.

DUST CONTROL

Dust particles and other contaminants are saturated by the micron sized droplets of fog, thereby making them heavier than air, which causes them to fall back into the fire to be re-burned. Cycle duration is fully adjustable for optimal control and efficiency.

ODOUR CONTROL

Metering of odour neutralizing concentrates into the system is accomplished with a water treatment injection system

are C.S.A Approved

COOLING

Efficient cooling can be achieved by maximum evaporation in any environment or temperature.

ATOMIZING NOZZLES

"MISTER" atomizing nozzles have unique performance specifications, and offer very low volume flow rates. "MISTER" nozzles also have very high rates of forward discharge velocity, which cause high turbulence and result in extremely uniform particle distribution (approx. 2 to 10 microns)
