"MISTER" Environmental
Control Systems offer the Pork Producer a system for controlling temperature,
humidity, dust, odours, pests and disinfecting. This dramatically
increases the profitability of production operations.
"MISTER"
TECHNOLOGY
The "MISTER" System takes ordinary water, treats, filters
and pumps it up to between 600 and 1000 PSI. It is delivered down
a 1/2" stainless steel tube or flexhose. At various distances
in the tubing, there is a unique "MISTER" nozzle
that atomizes the water into billions of micron size particles that
flash evaporate in the hot air. Evaporation instantly takes heat
out of the air.
The "MISTER" Systems consist of an arrangement of atomizing nozzles,
whose function is controlled by a central control module. The control
module maintains the required system operating pressure, filters
the water supply, and activates the operation of the nozzles based
on signals received from a sensor, which is specified according
to the application.

"MISTER" atomizing nozzles have unique performance specifications,
and offer very low volume flow rates. :"MISTER" nozzles also have very high rates of forward
discharge velocity, which causes high turbulence, and results in
extremely uniform particle distribution.

"MISTER" CONTROL
MODULE
"MISTER" control modules are available in many flow capacities
to meet the requirements of any application. Only a water supply,
electrical power supply and electrical power connection are needed
to put the "MISTER" Systems to
work.
CONTROL
Flow through the "MISTER" nozzles
are governed by a thermostat, humidistat, timer or computer. These
fully adjustable controls activate the atomizing nozzles automatically
and ensure environmental control and convenience.
