The
"MISTER" system treats, filters and pumps ordinary
water to between 600 and 1000 psi. It is delivered through a
1/2" stainless steel tube or flexhose. At various distances
in the tubing there are unique "MISTER" nozzles that atomize the water into micron sized particulates
ranging from 1 micron to 30 microns.
The "MISTER" systems
consist of an arrangement of atomizing nozzles, that are controlled
by a central control module. The control module maintains the
required system operating pressure, filters the water supply,
and activates the operation of the nozzles based on signals
received from a sensor, which is specified according to the
application. |
"MISTER" atomizing
nozzles have unique performance specifications, and offer very
low volume flow rates. "MISTER" nozzles also have very high rates of
forward discharge velocity, which cause there high turbulence
and results in extremely uniform particle distribution.

Each "MISTER" nozzle includes non- corrosive stainless
steel orifice and internal components. A special O-ring seal
design requires only finger tightening for a completely watertight,
leak proof seal.
To provide a receptacle for each nozzle, lengths of pipe are
precision machined at various spacings depending on application
requirements.
